Comprehensive Electrical Services for Podium-Style Developments
Technical Description: This project covered the full electrical scope for a massive mixed-use development consisting of retail ground floors and six stories of residential units. Technical highlights include the installation of a 2500A main service entrance, complex fire alarm integration across commercial and residential zones, and the wiring of 250+ “smart” apartments. The project utilized pre-fabricated wiring harnesses to accelerate the construction timeline while maintaining strict BC Building Code compliance.
