Technical Description:
This project involved the design and installation of a comprehensive emergency power system for a 45-story residential tower.
The solution features a 1500kW Tier 4 Final diesel generator integrated with a sophisticated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) network. To comply with urban noise ordinances, the unit was housed in a custom-engineered Level 3 sound-attenuated enclosure. The system ensures that life-safety systems, elevators, and water pumps remain operational during grid outages, providing 24/7 reliability for over 400 residential units.
